All our products ship from U.S.A. We ship to U.S., Canada, and Europe.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or have the option to buy with Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna. They all have flexible payment options.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as there is a tracking number for your order, we will be sure to notify you via email. Please email us with any questions.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

For detailed information on store policy, please visit our Store Policy page. If you would like to exchange a product, the best way is to return the product and provide the details of the product desired. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request via email or phone.

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of the time item is received by the customer. The item(s) must be undamaged and unused, with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Items must be placed in a secured, undamaged package. Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you made separate purchases, your orders will be shipped separately. If you have any specific questions that are not answered here, please email us and we will answer all your questions.
